Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As part of the Graphic Department, the photo studio supplies Graphics with still photography for the company's print, collateral, and website. The Photo Tech person will spend a majority of their time in helping the Senior Photographer in carrying out shoots, shooting photography and developing a process for naming assets and applying XMP data to catalog all photo assets being shot by the studio for the company's digital asset management system.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for implementing a process and maintaining all meta-data applied to all photo assets shot by the studio.
• Organizing, cataloging, and backup of all images.
• Processing, outputting and delivery of all images to the respective creative departments.
• Maintaining, color calibrating and upgrading all studio systems (computers and cameras).
• Work closely with the photographer to recommend functionality, layout and organization of internal systems.
• Research and recommend new digital photo technologies to improve the studio.
• Ability to handle photo shoots (product and fashion) independent of a Senior lead as needed.
