Job Description
Quiksilver is looking for interns to join the team in Huntington Beach, CA.

**This is an un-paid, for college credit internship**

The Fall internship period will be from September - December 2014.

Quiksilver, Roxy and DC offer internships in various departments and provide college students with supervised practical experience in the workplace. You can intern in departments like Merchandising & Design, Retail Buying, Marketing, Public Relations, Operations and Human Resources to name a few.

To be considered for the Internship Program you MUST:
• Be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled at a college or university; or enrolled in an MBA program AND
• Receive school credit for your internship AND
• Able to provide proof of health insurance

What would you be doing?
Apparel / Footwear Design Intern will learn the process of design through choosing styles and colors for each season and researching trends. Interns will be exposed to sketching, tech-packing & fabric textiles. They will be filing fabrics, putting print boards together, help design filling their prints and sketches, putting presentation documents together, revise sketches and pattern requests.

What Skills, Major or Experience are we looking for?
• Design majors preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
