Primary Duties
• Work directly with Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and
Search Agency and to execute paid and organic search
acquisition and retention strategies, driving down cost
per acquisition while increasing overall profits and
traffic quality.
• Manage Affiliate Marketing channel via Commission
Junction and oversee partner outreach and relationships.
• Optimize all elements of the behavioral/display
marketing channel from the off-site engagement and click
(ad placement, ad copy, etc.) to onsite experience
(landing page, messaging, etc.).
• Optimize and manage Comparison Shopping Engines
(i.e. ShopZilla, NexTag, Google PLA’s, etc.)
• Partner with the Buyers and Marketing to develop
highly targeted messaging and re-usable online content.
• Work closely with Web Analyst to develop and
analyze reports along with optimizing channel performance
and ROI.
• Manage e-commerce digital advertising budget and
report on profit and loss on weekly, monthly and
quarterly basis.
• Continually explore and test new channels and
tactics for customer acquisition.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Requirements:
• Strong understanding of online marketing
strategy, as well as a passion for tactics.
• 1+ years of experience marketing in retail, 5+
years in online marketing.
• 3+ years experience executing SEM campaigns using
tools like Adwords, Bing, etc. and bid management tools,
online display and 3rd party ad servers.
• Landing page optimization, content generation,
A/B testing, and analytics.
• Experience managing an Affiliate Program through
Commission Junction
• Experience with an Analytics suite (such as
Omniture’s SiteCatalyst, CoreMetrics, etc.)
• Experience in keyword research, density analysis,
reporting and link building tools (e.g., SEO-Moz,
KeywordDiscovery, etc.)
• Superior verbal, written, and telephone
communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
