Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting product
category groups with data analysis, creating and
maintaining the product database, showroom maintenance,
as well as category facilitation for ILR/FLR's .
Responsibilities include coordination of all
communications, system related reports with extensive use
of Excel, managing and organizing samples and product
line plans. This position supports the Product Managers
and Merchandisers within their roles as it relates to the
category.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains product database season to season (line plan
reporting and all coordination) partnering with Product
Development
Responsible for reporting needs, and data analysis for
the product category.
Responsible for Catalogue proofing, pre-line, catalogues,
etc..
Supports Product Managers and Merchandising functions for
the department through out the development calendar
Assist in all product Sales Launch Presentation
preparation, ILR/FLR's, Managers Meetings and all other
presentations. Responsible for show room set up
preparation for account meetings.
Builds and maintains all sales collateral including line
overviews. Responsible for generating and analyzing
sales reports to summarize sales information.
Partners closely with sales organization to meet and
exceed mutual goals. Encourages and maintains constant
communication and feedback amongst all organizational
partners.
Coordinates and organizes incoming photo and salesman
sample lines and maintains sample log
Works seamlessly with marketing partners to provide them
with required assets as it relates to product initiatives
(campaigns, catalogs, etc.)
Education/Experience:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-4 years of
experience in an administrative type role.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college
- or 2-4 years related experience and/or training
Understands and embraces industry, consumer, and culture.
Skills:

Strong knowledge/training with Excel - PowerPoint and
SAP/BW (Business
Warehouse) experience a plus
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and
problem solving skills
Comfortable in self-starter environment
Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies,
procedures and other business
practices, guidelines and documents
Ability to multitask and follow through with all tasks,
assignments and job
duties in a timely manner
Strong analytical and organizations skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work in an open environment with product team
and cross-functional
partners

Special Requirements:

Less than 10% travel
Ability to be flexible with extended work hours, as
necessary
Bend, lift, open and move product and related office
items varying in weight
from 1 to 25 lbs, depending on need
