Job Description
This position is directly responsible to manage, develop and market to Department Store, Military, and Ecommerce accounts. The position requires the ability to forecast, achieve profit goals and to drive product initiatives for all relevant Roxy categories. This position directly reports to the National Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Assist in achieving “quality” space and location within accounts to maximize Roxy positioning and branding
• Create and execute seasonal business plans and proposals to retailers
• Primary contact for a particular account base
Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results and retailer’s open to buy
• Develop key brand marketing programs with key accounts and Roxy Marketing
• Assist Roxy Marketing/Merchandising in gaining a greater understanding of key competitors, market trends, and brand opportunities
• Lead preline meetings with retailers
• Participate in monthly business reviews identifying opportunities for growth
• Regular travel to accounts, trade shows, and sales meetings
• Run weekly and monthly sales reports and track seasonal/quarterly sales goals
• Secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected including delivery dates, syle information, and order styles
• Communicate all retailer’ feedback
• Establish st4rong retail relationship with buying teams and management
• 30% + travel required


Required Skills & Experience:
• 5-7 Years Sales experience in Key Account Management
• Established retailer relationships within Key Accounts and share the ability to develop category initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge in retail/wholesale sales analysis
• Extensive Knowledge of the women’s apparel /accessories
• Experience with Department Store, Military and Ecommerce
• Maintain high profile communication skills and must possess the ability to present clearly and effectively
• Must be able to establish short and long term strategies that both mirror and lead the Roxy corporate direction
• Strong Excel skills
