Checked their site. It's weird that they don't list a phone number or anything. Just an email.
Do you think they're not really into new customers?

they are pretty big and they will want big orders from you in order to keep their attention to your order. They are busy doing big box orders.
There's a ton of screen printers out there that are willing to do smaller runs.

Thanks for the additional info; very good to know. Our orders are decent size.
If you've got alternatives I'd love to have'em. I looked on that b2b site here, but didn't see much in the way of screen printers....

Massive, Customline, J&J & Sun Sports are all great contract screenprinters, however they will require minimums. Smaller companies such as Impressive Screenworks (Fullerton) may be the way to go. In the middle are companies like Fashion Graphics (Fountain Valley) or Absolute Screenprinting (Brea)

Thanks for all of your help!
Nice is important to me.
And it seems that some of these companies just have no clue how to take care of new customers.
I called one company that will remain nameless and they act like they don't need new business. They don't know if I'm going to order 5,000 or 50,000 units next season. Way to blow it!
