Join the WERX Design TeamFounded in 2005, WERX design was born to partner with leading apparel and gear companies to assist in their quest to both break into new product areas and achieve elevated levels of performance for existing products. We enjoy working on products we use ourselves in the activities we love, and strive to reimagine everything from construction, fit, and function. We believe in a creative approach to design, thorough product testing, and complete oversight of the manufacturing process. We strive to meld old world craftsmanship with today’s technology & performance needs.
WERX is based in Fort Collins, Colorado where the outdoor elements are at our fingertips. On the mountain, on the trail, or in the field, our team has the opportunity to observe new trends in apparel and gear, and has endless locations to test our products in real-life elements. We are fortunate to work in an environment that feeds our creativity and inspires us daily. Our studio is conducive to product design summits, prototype development & reviews, material sourcing, and energetic brainstorming sessions alike.
