Accounting Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for a full time hands-on accounting manager to perform and oversee all functions of an established clothing manufacturing/retailer with multiple state locations. The right individual will perform the following
• Bill entry and payment
• Cash flow analysis and projection
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Monthly and quarterly multistate sales tax reporting and payment
• Semimonthly multistate payroll preparation
• Monthly, quarterly and annual budget preparation
• Liaison with production team, retail managers and company owners
• Annual insurance review
• Multi location property tax filing
• Maintain and manage HR handbook and policy
• Manage HR onboarding and employee PTO
• Annual Form 5500 filing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting manager position

Net Suite, Bill.com, Excel, ADP Workforce, Shopify, Paypal
