Dainese was founded in Molvena, Italy in 1972 by Mr. Lino Dainese. Taking inspiration from the geometry of medieval armor and from nature itself, Dainese made technological innovation for sports protection his true mission. Research, development and competition are therefore the essence of a journey that began more than forty-five years ago. To Dainese safety means protection, comfort and reliability, factors which, when properly balanced, lead to the creation of highly effective products which meet the requirements of a wide range of customer needs.
From Giacomo Agostini to Valentino Rossi, Dainese’s motorcycling heritage is strong thanks to its invention of products like D-air®, back protectors, knee sliders as well as the evolution of existing products with the introduction of innovative technologies and materials.
In 2007, Dainese acquired AGV, a leading manufacturer of motorcycle helmets. Now the two brands together are the only company to offer full head-to-toe protective gear for motorcyclists, and full Mountain Bike and Winter sports protection and functional apparel lines.
The Corporate Mission is to advocate and deliver safety in dynamic sports. Dainese and AGV carry on the Corporate Mission in North America and aim to become the most relevant industry player in terms of business and social commitment.
We believe in Transparency, Innovation, Team Work, Style, Ownership & Accountably, Effectiveness and Excellence in general.
Dainese-AGV North America aims to create an authentic, dynamic, appealing and enthusiastic working environment for its employees.
We strive to provide daily a sterling customer care by fostering confidence in the brand, by delivering quality in product and service.
