EN The House Creative Agency is on the hunt for a Social Media + Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Newport Beach, CA.
This tech savvy human will be responsible for communicating to our clients’ target audience through social media posts + advertising, email blasts, and blogs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform daily management of all social media channels to ensure client brand awareness and image is upheld to the highest standard
-Create monthly social marketing calendars for multiple clients
-Monitor trends in social media tools, culture, applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing usage of social media
-Create and execute social posts/campaigns/advertisements
-Analyze effectiveness of social posts/campaigns/advertisements and traffic brought to the client’s site in an effort to maximize predetermined results
-Directly monitor/engage customers via social media platforms, fostering conversations and relationships.
-Work to expand overall potential customer audience through social media and email database growth, paid advertising, and blogs
-Develop/execute new initiatives to gain new customers while retaining the current customer base
-Engage social media influencers and identify key partners on targeted platforms
-Develop an endless data base of innovative and creative media content to be used on various social media platforms including – but, not limited to – Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
REQUIREMENTS
-2 year minimum experience as a social media coordinator
-Must be considered both creative and technical
-Need to provide personal computer/laptop (we provide monitors + NAS back-up system)
-A team player that will initiate and also take direction
-Have a full working knowledge and ability to manage social media dashboards for the execution and analysis of digital marketing programs
-Familiarity with SEO in regards to blog content
-Self-motivator who blogs, writes, and otherwise engages with online media on a regular basis via written and visual content.
-Proven understanding of social media and its role in business.
-Detail-oriented + highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
-Bonus to have knowledge in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
