As we look towards the future Spyder will become the cornerstone brand of the newly created Global Brands Group (GBG) Sports and Lifestyle Division based in Boulder, Colorado. Recent additions to the portfolio include Dakine and Saga. Based in Hood River Oregon, Dakine is a multifaceted brand with deep roots in biking, surfing, kite boarding, skiing and snowboarding. A licensing partnership with Dakine and GBG will provide growth opportunities and areas for overall global brand recognition. Recently acquired Saga outerwear has been a staple brand in the freeskiing community since 2005. With unique and compelling outerwear designs year after year, we are excited to welcome the brand into the family.
