Malakye.com, located in Manhattan Beach, Calif. is looking for a Customer Service Rep / Account Manager for the Outdoor and Bike categories. This is a temporary position to fill in for an employee on leave, and will go from October through February 24th, 2017.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in managing accounts and bleeds customer service. You’re a people-person, a customer service pro, and appreciate the value of great service. Inside sales experience and/or experience in the outdoor or cycling industries are a big plus.
Some of your responsibilities are:
• Manage and service existing accounts
• Consistently stay in touch with your customers
• Own all stages and steps of account management
• Work to ensure customers receive expected results
• Provide technical support to website users
• Provide prompt and complete service
• Utilize company social media channels to promote specific Malakye.com content
• Attend relevant tradeshows and events; Assist in executing events involving Malakye
• Take on anything that comes your way – random projects and responsibilities are the norm here.
• First in line to answer inbound phone calls
