Assistant Photographer Job in Irvine, CA

Reporting to the Photo Director, the Assistant Photographer is responsible for support in all areas of the Photography Department. These responsibilities will include shooting and assisting studio and on location photography, lighting, post-production, scheduling and organizing images. The position requires day-to-day photography and/or post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting/Photographing product lines and marketing campaigns each season
• Maintaining seasonal photo file storage and backups
• Assisting/Photographing marketing events and activities
• Perform other related duties assigned
• Working within the practices and guidelines set forth by management
• Ensuring all work is being finished in a timely fashion
• Helping to maintain in-house photography equipment and studios according to maintenance schedules
• Post production – file naming, color correcting, clipping, organizing and uploading
• Working with staff regarding product and marketing shoots
• Staging and styling footwear and apparel for shoots
