POSITION SUMMARY //
The Corporate Communications Manager is a newly defined position at Boardriders. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, this person is responsible for planning and developing all external corporate communications and integrated PR strategies for all of the Boardriders brands, as well as leading internal employee communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Develop and execute integrated public relations strategies and programs to promote the Company’s brands and products while driving positive media coverage and marketplace engagement.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for all public relations activities including: press events, trade interviews, speakers bureau, junkets, etc.
• Prepare all external Company communications, including: press releases, key messages, speeches, blogs, video scripts, executive talking points, byline articles, presentations, website content and related materials.
• Develop annual communication calendar and budget. Track ROI on all Company media coverage and share results internally.
• Leverage marketing automation and media monitoring tools to report on and improve campaign performance.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Prepare and distribute clear and consistent company-wide internal communications that are on-brand and in the appropriate tone of voice.
• Partner with Human Resources to communicate key employee events and information.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support company milestones, product launches and employee initiatives.
• Provide postmortem analysis of internal communications and employee initiatives, measuring engagement and effectiveness, and reporting results to key stakeholders.
