Quiksilver is in search of an Ecommerce - Inventory Analyst to join the team at Headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA.

SUMMARY //
The Ecommerce Inventory Analyst located in Huntington Beach, CA will be key support role for the US Boardriders ecommerce business. This person will report to the Ecommerce Merchandising Manager and will be focused on inventory management for the Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes sites. He or She will also work closely with the Ecommerce VP, Ecommerce Site and Marketplace Merchandisers to ensure inventory is optimized to support the sales and financial goals for the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
This person will be responsible for executing and analyzing weekly, monthly, seasonal and ad hoc reports related to inventory positions, channel selling and seasonal on-order buys. Based on data, they will develop and help execute action plans such as transfers, markdowns and open-to-buy plans for inventory alignment to achieve ecommerce plans. The key focus of this position is to ensure appropriate inventory levels for total inventory, full price and markdown inventory status’ are met to support the Ecommerce business needs for all channels. They should be prepared to partner with Ecom Merchandising and Marketplace team members as needed to assist with inventory planning, purchasing and sales strategies for all Boardriders brands.
This person is also responsible for developing and maintaining report templates, as well as process documentation related to inventory management. An ideal candidate will excel in the role by evolving processes, policies, tools, reports, etc. to drive more efficiency in the business and department workload.
