The Role:
Helly Hansen is looking for a proven digital leader to lead their NA e-commerce business. This leader will be responsible for launching our NA e-commerce acceleration program, incorporating agile test, learn, and scale methodologies to improve consumer experience, increase conversion, drive average order value, and increase consumer frequency and loyalty.

This role will partner with retail, wholesale, marketing, planning, category business directors and
technology to define and implement a plan to strengthen the marketplace, amplify our brand, deliver compelling omnichannel consumer experiences, showcase product and categories, increase brand awareness, and build deeper, stronger consumer connections.

This position dual reports to the Chief Digital Officer and VP, NA DTC.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop the NA e-commerce strategy to drive brand awareness and deliver against short and
long term organizational strategic priorities and initiatives
- Own the regional P&L with a focus on delivering profitable, e-commerce growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations including site merchandising, site operations, pro and
discount businesses and related functions
- Partner with Performance Marketing to define systems, tools, and processes to improve
productivity of performance marketing investments; work collaboratively to optimize
SEM/SEO strategy, ad creation, and increase voice across a variety of digital & social media
channels
- Launch NA e-commerce acceleration program and partner with Supply Chain to optimize
fulfillment, returns, and overall ecommerce economics
- Optimize e-commerce assortment strategies, product mix, and inventory levels
- Partner across the organization to define an omnichannel roadmap, investment plan, and
timeline to advance retail, ecommerce, and marketplace capabilities
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement
