The Role:
Helly Hansen is looking for a data driven professional to lead the regions Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management function. This leader will be responsible for the planning, forecasting, fulfillment, and inventory management of Helly Hansen full-price brand stores, outlets, and e-commerce channels while providing assortment strategy and guidance to our partner stores.

This role is a key member of the NA DTC team responsible for implementing a plan to strengthen the marketplace, amplify our brand, deliver compelling omnichannel consumer experiences, showcase product and categories, increase brand awareness, and build deeper, stronger consumer connections.

This position dual reports to the Vice President, NA DTC and Head of Global DTC Planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own the seasonal planning, merchandising and inventory management process across all
DTC channels and product lines for the region
- Optimize assortment strategies, product mix and inventory levels to deliver profitable growth
and inventory turn
- Develop product and inventory strategy for Outlet channel to improve marketplace
performance, incorporating distribution of stores, e-commerce, wholesale and key partners
- Conducts seasonal hindsighting and communicate insights to category business directors
- Partner with IT and Technology teams to identify and implement new systems, technologies,
and tools to drive operational efficiency
- Build a strong team culture consistent with Helly Hansen, and empower a high performing
DTC organization
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
