For our European HQ in Innsbruck we are currently looking for a:
E-MAIL & SMS MARKETING COORDINATOR EUROPE
(m/f/d)
30h/week
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
! Drive Burton Europe's email & SMS marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle for our DTC business online & in-store forward
! Develop and execute the email & SMS marketing calendar in different languages, reflecting the seasonal launches, overarching brand messaging, promotions, key products and events
! Test, monitor and evaluate performance of the email & SMS marketing channel against goals & KPIs
! Implement segmentation strategies, lifecycle workflows, lead acquisition, up-selling and cross-selling capabilities
! Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team for reporting capabilities and A/B testing
ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
! 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
! Basic data analytics, HTML skills and strong attention to data-driven thinking and data privacy
! Salesforce or e-commerce experience preferred
! Fluency in English required, further language skills are a plus
! Ability to work precisely and autonomously
! Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
! Open-minded, positive, agile global team player
! Affinity for the snowboarding/outdoor lifestyle is a plus
