Summary of Position: This role is responsible for managing Burton's marketing mix across paid media channels. This role will apply and optimize paid media to drive new and existing customers to the brand and our Consumer Direct channels.

Main responsibilities:
Execute paid media calendar across paid social, display, print, & other paid media channels for brand and Consumer Direct channels.
Align with global paid media strategy & marketing calendar to ensure the right storytelling.
Plan and execute regional advertising efforts for experiences & stores.
Optimize the performance of all paid media channels.
Maintain partnerships with a vendor for Google and Yahoo Ads campaigns
Lead customer acquisition efforts through paid media channels.
Be the team expert & informant for paid media services & platforms.
Work cross functionally with creative team to plan creative & video assets.
Provide & optimize copy for paid media assets that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
Define and report on campaign & channel KPIs.

Skills and Experience requirements:
Working knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Yahoo Ads
2- 4 years' experience working at a respected digital agency or within a digital marketing team of a recognized brand or retailer.
A solid level of experience and technical understanding across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines - including social, web, mobile, search, display, content, and data management.
Experience in ecommerce including an understanding of strategy, implementation, development, web analytics and usability.
Clear understanding of the Burton brand and a vision to interpret, refine and implement the brand values into digital campaigns.
Experience leveraging analytics to draw conclusions and influence existing and future marketing plans.
Japanese fluent
English preferred
