About the job
We are extending our E-com team in our European HQ in Innsbruck and are currently looking for a:
JUNIORDIGITALMERCHANDISER
(m/f/d)
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
! Work with our Global team on seasonal product build for burton.com
! Assure products are setup timely and activated in conjunction with product availability and marketing calendars
! Maintain and update all product imagery and attributes, including: product names, attributes, (promotional) pricing, copy and translations.
! Implement effective digital merchandising strategies, including product categorization, product sequencing, promotions, product page optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies.
! Maintain and optimize site search, ensuring product names, keywords and attributes are searchable in all regional languages
! Create, update, and maintain regional web content, monitor content on live site and trouble shoot or escalate.
! Collaborate with Global & Regional Merchandising and Marketing teams in developing regionally relevant, compelling merchandising themes and storytelling for each season and across categories to feature trends, marketing initiatives and promotions
! Monitor burton.com to ensure products are in the correct categories, promotions are functioning, links lead to the correct categories/pages and product set up is accurate.
ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
! Internship, or 1+ years' experience in digital merchandising
! Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or equivalent eCommerce platform is a plus
! Visual eye and understanding of merchandising
! Interest in the outdoor industry, snowboarding & eCommerce
! Good Excel and analytical skills
! Fluency in English required, further language skills are a plus
! Additional degree in Business, Statistics, Digital Marketing or a related field is beneficial
