Retention Marketing Intern Job in Burlington, VT

The Breakdown:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retention Marketing Intern on Global Marketing. This person will be able to contribute to all of Burton's Retention Marketing efforts across our Loyalty, Email and SMS programs. They should be familiar with the Burton brand, have a passion for Marketing and an eagerness to learn.

What You Get to Do:

! Assist and support in Burton Loyalty Program administrative work to support global and regional teams

! Assist in the development and maintenance of Burton Loyalty program experiences both in store and online

! Assist and support in promotional communication for all retention marketing programs

! Support the management and communication across all retention marketing calendar

! Research competitive analysis for Email, SMS, and Loyalty Program

! Aid in the management and communication of retention marketing campaign planning documentation

! Explore industry KPI's for loyalty, Email and SMS

! Responsible for other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Team:

! Current college student in Business, Marketing or Advertising with a minimum of 1 year of attendance

! Entry level position 0-2 years of corporate experience

! Prior internship experience a plus

! Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

! Excellent written communication and organizational skills

! Able to work independently and with a team

! A positive attitude and passion for snowboarding
