The Breakdown:As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you will coordinate site administration and assist in operations for cisurfboards.com. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking sales, traffic performance, maintaining CRM programs, providing detailed analytical reporting and solutions to enhance site experience. This position will ensure there is a positive customer experience at all touch points on cisurfboards.com and related sites by organizing efforts with the customer service department. What You Get to Do: • Optimize website layout, navigation, features and functionality based on analysis of web traffic and customer data. • Coordinate and oversee contracted web services (SLTWTR) and CRM affiliate partners. • Drive sales conversion through optimization of marketing messages, promotions, CRM. • Maintain cisurfboards.com by adding, removing and organizing product. • Produce and communicate daily sales reports using SAP and BI reporting tools. • Work with our customer service department to improve processes and service based on customer feedback. • Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives. • Facilitate testing of cisurfboards.com changes in regards to E-Commerce related functionality. • Maintain customer database. • Help develop processes to maximize operations. What You'll Bring to the Team: • Bachelors Degree in Business. • 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience. • Prior Retail, marketing, catalog or direct mail experience desired. • Experience in board sports industry preferred.
