Part-time Year Round Sales Associate Job in Santa Barbara, VT

We are searching for qualified salespeople to work in our Channel Islands Flagship Store. This position is responsible for maintaining customer service standards and complying with all CI procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets. The position is also responsible for supporting management and staff in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance, and all other sales functions. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years retail experience, be out-going and energetic and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A strong background and knowledge of surf products and an application are required.
