Job Description
Channel Islands Surfboards is a fun, fast-paced environment whose employees use their involvement in surfing and its culture to provide the highest levels of service and knowledge. The overall goal of this position is to leave customers floored by the level of service and expertise provided. Our Front Desk Coordinator at our wholesale location is responsible for providing the ultimate in customer service on the phone, face to face and via email to both visitors and customers. What You Get to Do: • Reception • Order entry of all internal customer and industry orders • Admin assistant to the General Manager • Online customer service • Daily filing and sending of invoices • Daily creation of ATS report • Inventory Counts • Planning of company events What You'll Bring to the Team: • 1-2 years of customer service experience. • A positive can do, all hands on deck attitude. • A willingness to learn!
