The Breakdown: We are searching for a qualified Full-time Key Holder to work in our Burton Snowboards NYC Flagship store. What You Get to Do: Operations- 80% Provide a superior customer experience for all Burton guests Contribute to sales goals by leading the team in sales results Comply with all Burton procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets Support Management in daily operations (opening & closing the store), floor management and staff direction, and achieving store sales Set the Burton example for all other associates to follow Take an active role in coaching, teaching, and training team employees Human Resources- 20% Assist in coaching, teaching, and training team employees
