Identify and manage Burton's marketing mix across digital and paid media channels. This role will help define and support the region's marketing plans that contribute to the key brand and sell-through initiatives in both our Direct and Wholesale channels.
What You Get to Do:
⏵ Align team on global strategy and liaising with global performance marketing team to ensure storytelling.
⏵ With specialists on the team, this position requires a more general awareness of digital marketing, paid media and digital wholesale application.
⏵ Develop and manage B2C and B2B marketing plans that will drive traffic and conversion with focus on evolving segmentation strategies, telling relevant product messages and encouraging engagement with the brand. Hot topics within the team are CRM, Social Data, Life-Cycle Marketing and Marketing Automation.
⏵ Identify regional priorities and nuances that relate to specific region.
⏵ Oversight on digital team activities as it relates to regional business targets.
⏵ Manage the annual Digital Marketing, Paid Media, and Digital Wholesale budget and provide regular management reports including monthly digital post-campaign ROI evaluations.
⏵ Translate initiatives into KPIs and measurable data.
⏵ Draw insights from available data and initiate related actions when needed.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
⏵ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another appropriate field.5 years of business experience; At least 3 years' experience working at a respected agency or within a marketing team of a recognized brand.
⏵ A solid level of experience and technical understanding across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines - including social, web, mobile, search, content, eCRM and data management.
⏵ Experience with retail partner marketing, managing MDF/co-op budgets is a plus.
⏵ Presentation and leadership skills required.
⏵ Experience in ecommerce including an understanding of strategy, implementation, development, web analytics and usability.
⏵ Clear understanding of the Burton brand and a vision to interpret, refine and implement the brand values into digital campaigns.
⏵ Experience leveraging analytics to draw conclusions and influence existing and future marketing plans.
⏵ Working knowledge of Customer Portfolio's, Google Analytics, Sailthru, DemandWare and Salesforce are â??nice to have'sâ?.
