Performance Marketing Intern Job in Burlington, VT

The Breakdown:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern for our winter season. This intern will be able to contribute to all of Burton's Marketing efforts including Social, Email, Search and Media advertising. They will experience firsthand the ever-evolving outdoor industry trends, audiences and how to reach them, as well as the creative innovation and reporting metrics. This person should be familiar with the Burton brand and have a passion for the Snowboarding/Lifestyle industry.This intern will have the unique opportunity to be able to contribute to brainstorming sessions, conduct market research, and be able to execute all marketing initiatives for the Americas.

What You Get to Do:

Social/Email

! Review copy submission for all social and email creative to ensure accuracy.

! Assist in the retail social media boosts to ensure seamless launches.

! Provide support for all Splash page edits for accurate and timely launches.

! Analyze and compile social digital reporting to contribute to real-time optimizations

! Build campaign summaries and recaps to supply the team with recommendations for future campaigns.

! Review, update and track the Retail Budget.

SEO/SEM

! Update direct to consumer reporting template for weekly meetings.

! Compile Google Analytics annotations to ensure accounts are utilizing accurate and up-to-date content.

! Assist in summarizing current performance across all channels to meet business objectives.

! Research trends in the SEO/SEM marketplace and provide reports to managers with recommendations.

Advertising

! Conduct competitor market research to support the evolution of new initiatives.

! Explore new publications and digital site partners to assist in the development of new strategies.

! Manage invoices tracking and submission to ensure processing is completed in a timely manager.

! Responsible for other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

! Current college student in Business, Marketing or Advertising with a minimum of 1 year of attendance

! Entry level position 0-2 years of corporate experience

! Prior internship experience a plus

! Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

! Excellent written communication and organizational skills

! Able to work independently and with a team

! A positive attitude and passion for snowboarding

! Must be located in the Burlington area
