Based in Stockholm, we are currently looking for a (start June 2020):
Regional Marketing Coordinator Sweden (m/f/d)

The primary responsibilities for this position are:
! Implement regional marketing plan in alignment with the Swedish sales team and the marketing department at our European headquarters in Innsbruck
! Consumer focused city mapping of Stockholm, identify who our consumers are and analyze their customer behavior
! Plan and execute regional brand and retail events
! Become regional â??face of the brandâ??, communicate feedback and market insights to marketing
! Identify regional media partners and negotiate ad placements
! Implement a regional ambassador program to support the Swedish hub
! Create regional content around the Swedish hub respecting Burton's brand guidelines
! Activate regional social media channels via organic/paid posts and display ad campaigns
! In cross-functional work with the visual merchandising, sales and brand team, ensure a seamless activation of top stories at key retail doors
Essentials for this role are:
! Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; can be compensated by relevant work experience
! Minimum of two years' experience in brand, digital or retail marketing
! Affinity for snowboarding and the outdoor lifestyle
! Strong sense of brand awareness, product and market knowledge
! Well connected within the city of Stockholm and surrounding area
! Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of team work
! Self-starter with creative approach toward problem solving
! Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
! Photoshop skills and experience in photography and/or filming are a plus
