For our new Burton Store in Stockholm opening in Summer 2020, we are currently looking for
Store Manager StockholmÂ

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
! Ensure excellent customer service and to maximize customer loyalty
! Develop and implement retail strategy and programs together with the Retail Manager Europe
! Manage all store operations (shop floor set up, inventory, security and safety requirements, cashier systems, IT-systems, maintenance, procedures, store supplies, product flow, pricing, product ordering, work rotas â?¦)
! Responsible for the attraction, retention and development of a motivated store team
! Implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance and all other sales functions
! Organize store events and sales activities, liaise with marketing team in HQ to promote store
! Develop and manage Store budgets, forecasts and reports
! Responsible for achievement of sales and profit objectives, evaluate and analyze results against plans
! Proactively manage work relationships with HQ in Innsbruck, contractors, landlord, vendors and all other stakeholders
ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
! 2 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in sporting goods industry
! Proven experience as sales expert within the retail business environment
! Excellent customer service skills with a positive, outgoing personality to bring the Burton passion to top levels
! Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application
! Fluent in Swedish and English, further language skills are a plus
! Strongly connected within the winter sports, fashion and lifestlye world
! Marketing know-how and experience in organizing store events
! Entrepreneurial personality with strong leadership skills
