About the job
Dwindle Distribution is a leading skateboard and apparel manufacturer with some of the top brands in the industry including Almost, Blind, Mind Trip, Enjoi, Darkstar, Dusters, Tensor and Andale. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Analytics Specialist to join our marketing department.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize and execute marketing initiatives through Web, Ecommerce and Social Media outlets (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, branded sites, Thank You Supply, etc)
• Create strategies with marketing and art department to ensure maximum reach to target market.
• Review distribution plan of all online/mobile assets and determine best practices for branded campaigns, product launches, events and promotions such as: video content, banners, eblasts, product templates, panels, other digital assets
• Manage company Dropbox and other digital marketing assets and organize in a user friendly manner.
• Review campaign/brand assets and determine the best digital platforms, keeping in mind the user experience.
• Design, and maintain brand web sites including product pages, team pages, retail lists, and landing pages for various campaigns.
• Create, manage and report budget for all digital spends.
• Create reports and provide analytics on web site and social media traction.
• Monitor Social Media trends, tools, application, channels, and identify new platforms in early stages.
• Review and report user experience, page views, activity, traffic, etc.
• Measure success of Advertising and Marketing efforts.
• Manage and build out reports for digital spends, ROI and identify opportunities.
• Monitor, create, and implement SEO friendly text
• Identify new digital opportunities, apps, programs to keep company relevant
• Manage B2C and update product in a timely manner to coincide with various campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Strong comprehension of web applications, HTML/HTML5 & CSS as well as technical knowledge with basic animation and Adobe Flash is a must
• Strong comprehension of design applications: InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Must be able to analyze various reports, present findings and react in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of Java Script animation libraries, opportunities and limitations
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Square Space
• Creative thinker and innovator, with a willingness to take risks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing business, based on optimization.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen, interpret and apply solutions
• Self-starter, who can work independently, is extremely organized, driven, high energy, confident, passionate and has a decisive eye for detail.
• College degree preferred plus at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be familiar with skateboarding and youth marketing.
