Dwindle Distribution is a leading skateboard and apparel manufacturer with some of the top brands in the industry including Almost, Blind, Mind Trip, Enjoi, Darkstar, Dusters, Tensor and Andale. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Analytics Specialist to join our marketing department.
Responsibilities:
-Strategize and execute marketing initiatives through Social Media, Web, EDM, and Ecommerce outlets (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Square Space, Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and emerging platforms)
-Create and execute distribution plan of all online assets, branded campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
-Design, and maintain brand web sites including season catalogs, banners, blogs, product pages, team pages, retail lists, and landing pages for various campaigns.
-Create monthly digital marketing plan and manage budget for all digital spends.
-Create reports and analyze data to track and improve paid social, marketing campaigns, and web sites. Identify strengths and weaknesses to improve overall strategy, reach, and sales.
-Create marketing copy in the appropriate brand voice while implementing SEO friendly text.
Qualifications:
-Strong comprehension of web design and web platforms; CSS, HTML, Square Space, Shopify.
-Strong comprehension of digital advertising platforms; Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
-Strong comprehension of design applications; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro and/or Final Cut is a plus.
-Must be able to analyze various reports, present findings and react in a timely manner
-Creative thinker and innovator, with a willingness to take risks
-Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing business.
-Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen, interpret and apply solutions.
-Self-starter, who can work independently, is extremely organized, driven, high energy, confident, passionate and has a decisive eye for detail.
-College degree preferred plus at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
-Must have time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
-Must be familiar with skateboarding and youth marketing.
