Pyzel Surfboards is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join the team at the factory store in Waialua. Come join us in selling some of the finest surfboards on the planet.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
• Paid Hourly
• Schedule: full time flexible schedule needed including weekends
• Starting Pay - $17 hourly Increased based on performance after 90 days

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proficient computer skills in Google docs specifically Sheets
• Be able to lift heavy items and efficiently pack surfboards and soft goods
• Provide excellent customer service on the phone, by email and in the retail store
• Answer customer questions about products/services specific to surfing and surfboards
• Be detail oriented in processing complex custom surfboard orders and coordinating shipping around the world
• Check for web sales daily; pull boards and merchandise to prepare for shipment
• Inventory and quality control of surfboard stock list
• Prepare surfboard and soft goods to be shipped via Cargo or Fed Ex
• Maintain cleanliness
• Following all established procedures and guidelines
• Labeling /Pricing Merchandise as needed
• Other assigned projects
