Vans is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the successful delivery of our end-to-end Digital Product Journey. You will be responsible for executing projects within the brand roadmap across key transformation initiatives, including 3D Creation & Asset Delivery, Line Assortment & Planning, Multi Speed Manufacturing, and Digital Product Experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional and regional partners, including product creation, supply chain, digital technology, sales, ecommerce, marketing, and transformation teams to implement brand differentiating capabilities within all aspects of the product lifecycle.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:
! Manage multi-year project execution through various phases! Responsible for developing project charters,timelines, tracking KPIs, retrospectives etc.
! Lead cross functional team coordination
! Set agendas, provide recaps, ensure partners are actively engaged and present
! Track and manage budget as needed
! Clearly articulate team member roles/responsibilities and drive accountability

! Recommend project scope adjustments and strategy changes based on real time feedback and brand, strategy, or prioritization shifts. Empowered to contribute to and refine our Digital Product strategy and roadmap
! Lead cross functional process and alignment discussions to support the implementation of new capabilities and ways of working. Elevating team needs (people, process, tools) and encouraging sustainable solutions with open lines of communication
! Own brand requirement gathering to inform the design, development, and implementation approach of new digital capabilities. Not only capturing but connecting to brand strategies, priorities, and impact

How you will do it:
! Foster a culture of change management, being curious and leading with the Why. Driving transparency as well as collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment
! Facilitate communication and alignment early with GTM and calendar teams as projects or capabilities begin to impact and change timing and ways of working across the organization
! Listen for new ideas, capabilities, and opportunities from cross-functional partners and elevate their voices to help us inform the future of Vans Digital Product Journey and deliver meaningful progress

What success looks like: We are looking for a leader who is action oriented, solution driven, familiar with the complexities of managing cross-functional teams and projects, a great communicator, and comfortable following up and delegating next steps. Digital Product is an evolving space, so the ability to be flexible, work on ambiguous projects, be open minded and engage in learning about new subjects will greatly contribute to success in this role.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years experience in Product/Category Management, Project Management, Innovation and/or Digital Product roles

! A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
! Understanding of the Product Creation or Go to Market process
! Proven track record of delivering results in complex product and program environments
! Experience in reporting or tracking project results (both qualitative and quantitative)
! Exceptional interpersonal skills
