About the job

As the Global Brand Marketing Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our Brand campaign and experiential components to life. This includes working closely with our internal cross functional teams including Creative, Production, Insights, Communications and Media as well as collaborating with our regional teams in US, EMEA and APAC on the ground. This role is central to the way we show up as a brand globally, and the right candidate will need to be extremely proactive, strategic and collaborative.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:
! Manage Global Brand Marketing campaigns rooted in strategic consumer insights and aligned with cross-functional and regional counter parts.
! Build and execute against strategic 360 marketing plans that resonate with our consumers globally, align with our regional teams and leverage high performing tactics that deliver against our KPIs and business objectives.
! Lead teams cross-functionally to deliver against global brand projects by providing inspiring briefs, clear direction and a collaborative environment.
! Track campaign progress and results in partnership with project management and operations teams.

! Be proactive and solution oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+ years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

! What we expect you already know: ! Global or broad reaching campaign development and execution, inclusive of: content, experiential events, digital, talent/ambassador relationships and paid/earned media
! A proven ability to build strategic partnerships including collaboration across disciplines, team and regions
! Ability to lead and manage marketing budgets and spend
! Previous Ad Agency experience is a plus
