Packs EMEA for the Eastpak Brand is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Performance team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

You as Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize effective end-to-end full funnel marketing strategies across all the digital channels, including Search, Social, Display, to improve KPIs and metrics with the objective of achieving business and brand goals. 

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:
! Plan, execute and optimize effective end-to-end full funnel marketing strategies across all the digital channels, including Search, Social, Display to improve KPIs and metrics with the objective of achieving business and brand goals.
! Work in partnership with the agencies, the CRM, innovation and ecommerce teams to develop marketing automation capabilities to build and launch complex automated campaigns reacting to consumer behaviours.
! Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and performance; present the key insights and recommendations to internal and external business stakeholders.
! Manage the relation with the different digital media agencies.
! Collaborate with the brand and VF central team to understand user segmentation and behaviour & identify consumer insights to drive transactional and promotional content strategies in lifecycle marketing campaigns.
! Brief the agency and coordinate activities for paid media for various ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, Youtube, Display & Video 360 and other digital media channels & optimize in-depth the different metrics and KPIs.
! Continuously run marketing experiments including but not limited to baseline, creative, content, Landing pages and frequency to improve key performance metrics.
! Work together with our content creation team to build high-impact creative assets functional to each digital channel based on thorough testing and performance analysis.
! Maintains deep knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools.
! Develop and maintain best in class automated dashboards and reports to follow the media investment performance.
! Plan, manage and track the digital media budget in partnership with the rest of the digital team and our media agency.
! Actively Participate in the CRM and digital media integration task to contribute with the automation and keep increasing our first party data base.

Skills for Success

To succeed as Digital Marketing Manager, you must be passionate about digital marketing, and see yourself as a person with a combination of strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and a strong commercial drive.

Taking test & learn approach is a must to drive sustainable improvements in the strategy and to impact results over the main digital campaigns KPIs and business results, communicating and presenting the main achievements to different stakeholders’ profiles.

The ideal profile has:
! 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social) either at an agency or in-house.
! Experience in prioritizing, developing, and optimizing marketing activities towards ROI improvement. Nice to have technical knowledge
! Proven experience in B2C marketing, A/B testing and building media plan and forecasts.
! Experience working with Google Analytics, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, Criteo, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party tools.
! Nice to have experience working with Google Tag Manager.
! Highly analytical and data-driven thinking as well as advance level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
! Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B testing techniques and data analysis. 
! Strong communication (English is a must) and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Economy are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
