Sales Associate are responsible for driving sales, daily operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

RESPONSIBILITIES
! Successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals by building strong customer relationships to maximize loyalty and continually provide a great consumer experience.
! Build sales by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset, utilizing selling behaviors and providing solutions and inspiration through customer interactions with a genuine passion for the brand, the customer, and the product.
! Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the sales floor or and in the stockroom areas.
! Using strong communication skills and working collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
! Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives.
! Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management.
! Maintain a positive attitude and are flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
! Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others as part of an inclusive store environment.
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
! Professional or retail experience preferred, but not required.
! A formal education and subsequent undergraduate or graduate degree preferred, but not required.
! Ability to be solution oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
! Physical requirements: Stand for entire work shift (up to 8 hours). Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
! Age requirement: 18 years-of-age or older.
