Shift: 3rd Shift - Friday – Sunday; 7:00a.m. – 7:30p.m.

Pay: Starting at $16.25 an hour plus 6% shift diffferential

How You Will Make a Difference  

What you will do: 

This position assists with completing product quality checks for Dickies garments.

How you will do it:

The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct routine inspection and analysis of garments.  The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
! Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
! Examines garments for shading issues
! Examines garments for all required VAS
! Document quality control issues
! Rejected defective garments per SOP
! Other duties as assigned

Skills for Success 

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years Warehouse experience; at least 1 year in a QA or detail-oriented role (i.e. inventory tracking, analyst, etc.)

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Must have basic computer skills.

Language Skills

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to be able to communicate with their Shift Manager or Team Lead.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The person will need to be able to lift up to 30 pounds.  The person is required to move from one section of the building to another and to different departments. 

What we expect you already know: 

Knowledge of unit measurements, proven background in detail-oriented work, and experience working in a fast paced/team environment.

What we will teach you: 

Standard operating procedures specific to our facility and safety policies and procedures for our facility.
