Sales Operations Supervisor (Canada): Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The primary responsibilities of The North Face Sales Operations Supervisor (Canada) is to manage the sales operation process and reporting suite for The North Face Canada platform. Lead TNF Canada sales operation team though accurate line efficiency analysis, sales forecasts on financial goals, sales history, strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy sales/product input, and inventory positions. Reporting to The General Manager of The North Face Canada Sales Operations, the SOS works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the key objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Lead and ensure timely publication of wholesale budget in line with Sales/Financial target to be used for producing an accurate monthly sales forecast
Provide daily analysis / communication of progress towards achieving TNF monthly/Quarterly and seasonalsales goals
Produce a variety of customized sales reports to provide guidance to TNF Sales leadership team on keymetrics of their business
Coach and guide teams in the proper qualitative & quantitative analysis to highlight trends, opportunities and performance
Build sales & inventory reports on a seasonal, yearly and/or monthly basis for TNF brand, works with GM and Sales managementTNF Canada and Planning department to determine excess inventory
Drive the bottom up strategic planning process to support TNF business plan
Coordinate and participate in D2C inventory reviews with D2C/Finance
Build and provide metrics on key Internal and accounts presentations for TNF Brand.
Assure department activities, procedures and reporting are being implemented and carried out correctly and within agreed deadlines.
Lead and manage sales coordinator to ensure tasks and goals are achieved with a high level of consistency

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+
Educational/Position Requirements:Bachelors Degree preferred
Previous retail experience
Bilingual in French and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, SAP, COGNOS and BRIO
Strong time management and organizational skills
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to influence (without supervising authority) and lead change
