Ecommerce Analyst, Ecommerce: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
Using Google Analytics Premium and other platforms, the Ecommerce Analyst will conduct analysis, draw insights and report findings to drive digital business growth. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will ensure site experiences are continually optimized to drive growth while identifying and prioritizing optimization and A/B testing opportunities. This position requires extensive experience with online, consumer-facing properties and a deep understanding of analytics, good user experiences, and what drives conversion and retention.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Leverage data to gain insight into user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate merchandising, A/B testing and seo strategies. Responsible for fully understanding the functionality and application of site analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Clicktale. Use this knowledge to answer business questions, drive insights and roadmap actionable next steps. Recommend, execute and evaluate A/B tests that improve the user experience and support the business needs. Create, conduct and refine ongoing analysis of business performance required to support site decisions on a daily basis. Assist in development and execution of SEO strategies. Manage rank monitoring and other SEO tools. Build web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance business goals.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Be a highly motivated self-starter
Highly analytical problem solver and creative thinker
Bachelors degree
2+ years of work experience in analytical role
Experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Knowledge of Business Intelligence or A/B testing tools
Some knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript
Have an understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards
Be able to translate data analysis into business recommendations

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel by air and overnight, as required 5% of time.
