Digital Marketing Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As a member of the North America Digital Marketing team, you will be instrumental in aligning tactics against regional and global strategies while elevating the digital experience on vans.com to best in class status. You will engage with consumers through compelling brand storytelling and product content that represents our pillars (art, music, street culture and action sports) and drives awareness as well as conversion. Additionally, you will make sure the region is aligned cross-functionally, making the brand come to life in one cohesive unit.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive consumer engagement, build a lasting digital connection with consumers and drive transactions.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that drives consumer engagement, sales and traffic to the site.
Continuously work to optimize site experience to improve KPIs while ensuring consistent brand creative, messaging and positioning are maintained.
Develop and manage the eCommerce digital marketing calendars ensuring stories align with the brand initiatives and create the ideal consumer journey and create all needed reporting during the process.
Collaborate cross functionally to make sure the digital marketing calendar is aligned with other channels.
Work closely with channel buyers and merchandisers to provide the best experience on vans.com.
Evaluate existing tools/processes the department utilizes and make recommendations and implement any changes needed to elevate the platform.
Use analytics tools to identify pain points, trends and insights.
Development and handoff of all Digital creative briefs.

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in marketing or communications or related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
Balance of an analytical mindset with a creative mindset
Ability to use critical thinking in pressure situations
Experience working in the retail industry a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience managing team a plus

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel by air and overnight, as required 5% amount of time.
Lifting and/or bending 1-25 amount of weight.
