Coordinator, Sales: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family

We need someone who is a visionary with a stream of innovative ideas that will transform the action sports industry. In this role, this individual is responsible for the management of core wholesale accounts head to toe inclusive of footwear, apparel and accessories across multiple channels. He/she is responsible for US Wholesale Apparel Sales, merchandising and go to market strategies, working closely with NORA merchandising as well as sales counterparts. This individual will ensure that strategic initiatives are being executed at the store level. This position will establish all related standards and procedures.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Drive efficiency by coordinating Go-To-Market (GTM) deliverables and share outs for specified sales, products and customers. Collect, compile and consolidate information in prescribed format to be shared out with sales management and cross functional partners throughout GTM process including sell in, sell thru, seasonal updates and annual reviews. Call out potential misses and opportunities to sales management as identified in share out process.Establish, track and share out channel, category and customer sales to compare these results to our established plan and forecast. Ensure primary, secondary, tertiary and key channel stories are executed upon at rep and customer level in sell in process. Initiate, compile and share out various sales reports, create and maintain spreadsheets, log and track various sales functions including open orders, new accounts, damaged returns, line list changes and credit holds to maintain the organization of our sales information. Build close partnership with key cross functional team including customer service, credit, planning and forecasting to help troubleshoot issues as they arise and ongoing process improvement. Coordinate channel, category and customer meetings and events including sales collateral, samples and general logistics.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business or related field experience in the Sales/Retail field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Experience working in the Sales/Retail industry.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel by air and overnight, as required 5% amount of time.
Lifting and/or bending 25lbs amount of weight.
