Vans Business Analyst North America: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family: In this role, your primary responsibilities as Business Analyst are to assist the Product Merchandising department with reporting and analysis to drive regional sales growth and track product efficiency during all product merchandising cycles. This process includes data collection and validation, managing and troubleshooting the database, and preparing weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales/ product merchandising recaps. The Business Analyst is responsible for the reporting of wholesale booking using Cognos and Tableau reporting tools. We are looking for a visionary with a stream of innovative ideas that will transform the action sports industry.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Perform weekly, monthly and seasonal reports to support the Apparel Product Merchandising team and Strategic Accounts team during all stages of the product merchandising cycle.
Assist Product Merchandising Director with the line review and brief reports.
Responsible for setting up new product, channel, and strategic account reports for the region.
Assist Product Merchandising Director with seasonal projections by style/color.
Responsible for Ad hoc analysis using reporting tools which could include Pivotlink, Cognos, CTI, Leapfile, Filezilla, Tableau and Think-Cell reporting.
Responsible for distribution of Product Merchandising reports to merchandising team.
Responsible for development of best practices in the business analyst role as it relates to Vans' developing wholesale business.
Execute action oriented analysis of product performance including but not limited to, product efficiency analysis, and product adoption rate metrics.
Build relationships with similar roles in other coalition brands to develop best practices and leverage VF resources.

Basic computer skills Microsoft Office, PowerPoint/Keynote.
Exercises strong interpersonal skills across internal and external partners.
Ability to work in an open environment with product team and cross-functional partners.
Computer proficiency including specific job-required applications.
Follows through with all tasks, assignments and job duties in a timely manner.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Business travel may be required up to 5-10%.
Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25 lbs, depending on need.
