Customs Coordinator: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family Vans Customs have been a tradition since 1966, when Paul Van Doren made shoes with any fabric people brought by the shop. As the Customs Coordinator, you will support the execution of business strategies to drive growth and feature development to enable creativity through our Customs platform. In this role, you will be responsible for analytics gathering, business reporting, and sample coordination. You will support cross functional partners by maintaining and updating our seasonal calendar. You will provide input on merchandising to support informed merchandising decisions. How You Will Make a Difference: • Gather analytics focusing on marketing executions and user experience • Provide insights on style performance, swatch behavior and trend • Maintain seasonal calendar to support product, feature development, content and marketing executions • Partner with the eCommerce content team on catalog updates for seasonal assortment refreshes • Own sample coordination for product photography and marketing creative • Coordinate lower environment testing and validation for content updates and feature development • Actively participate in feature development and assortment planning discussions • Build business reporting to share insights to cross functional partners and Senior Leadership Team Skills for Success: Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years Educational/ Position Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Previous eCommerce experience in buying/merchandising capacity preferred • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multi-task • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and vendors with whom the company conducts business • Google Analytics experience helpful • Basic Photoshop skills required • Highly proficient in Excel Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements: • Willing and able to work additional hours when needed • Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25lbs, depending on need
