Finance Manager: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family Vans is more than just any ordinary action sports footwear company. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis in support of the North America business. You will partner with departments across the business on Capital investment analyses, as well as leading a cross functional test & learn analytics process. You will use your ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships by interacting regularly with all levels across the brand, and partners across VF. How You Will Make a Difference: Lead cross-functional Test & Learn processideating, planning, executing, and analyzing in-store tests. Use strategic thinking and collaboration to synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations to Senior Leadership. Develop annual Capital and Depreciation Plan in partnership with the Real Estate group and other functional areas. Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate accruals and actual spend recognition. Work with business partners to re-forecast and track projects monthly, as well as identifying necessary disposals. Provide support to business in analyzing Capital Investment requestsperform ROI and Payback analyses, as well as articulating business need. Prepare monthly financial summaries on store performance and capital spend. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan with a focus on partnering with the DTC business. Manage store fixture allocation to capital projects and related balance sheet reconciliation. Work with third party vendor on inventory tracking. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis in support of the DTC business. Skills for Success: Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years in related field and level Educational/ Position Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university • Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus • Proficient computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience with SAP and COGNOS a plus • Ability to communicate and partner with individuals across all levels of the business • Ability to make sound business decisions independently • Possess a natural sense of curiosity and willingness to ask questions and dig in • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to synthesize data and communicate a clear story to diverse audiences • Self-motivated with a positive attitude Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements: • Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
