Vice President, Supply Chain Operations (Global Vans): Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
Directs the end-to-end supply chain ownership for the global brand while also being the primary point of contact for the Global Brand President. Drives commitment to the Faster Together global supply chain strategy by identifying initiatives and best practices that achieve both regional and global objectives.
How You Will Make a Difference:
⏵ Partner w/ Global Brand President & become key stakeholder on the global brand leadership team.
⏵ Ability to lead Global Brand in executing best in class cost, service, & cash initiatives.
⏵ Work with Global Product Supply teams to develop long term sourcing strategy (MHP).
⏵ Partner with Global Brand Quality team to ensure standardization of processes across all regions.
⏵ Align brand & enterprise SC strategies which manages trade-offs b/t global & regional objectives.
⏵ A Leader with initiatives to build strong talent development pipeline across all regions.
⏵ Develop speed optimization strategy in connections w/advanced manufacturing, innovation, & sourcing hubs.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 15+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
⏵ 10+ years Sr. management experience (Dir/VP) w/diverse supply chain experience
⏵ Bachelors degree required with Masters preferred
⏵ Ability to lead and influence others at all levels to achieve a common goal
⏵ Well-Developed interpersonal skills that drive the ability to work w/diverse personalities in a tactful manner
⏵ Agility to work w/teams & individuals to assist w/business needs, across all regions, to think strategically on how practices, programs, policies, & services could align across organization
⏵ Strong project management skills in a fast paced global environment
⏵ Results oriented w/the ability to balance other business considerations
⏵ Business/Strategic Leader - One who displays the analytical ability to ensure business needs are met across all regions and globally
