Wholesale Marketing Coordinator: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing the Vans brand to life, in the wholesale Key Accounts that you support across the Action Sports Channel. You will be the direct point-of-contact for these accounts and will work collaboratively to plan in-store and digital marketing, events and activations that support Vans brand and product marketing initiatives. Your success will come from partnership with various cross-functional teams at Vans including sales, brand marketing, and the events teams. We are looking for a team player, with an open mind who has a passion for building deep connections with our partners and consumers alike.
How You Will Make a Difference:
With direction from the Marketing Manager, you will plan marketing support and become the day-to-day contact for key accounts in the Action Sports channel. Support a variety of marketing activations. Includes event attendance, meeting preparation, trade shows, pre-lines, etc. Creative Brief and Project Brief Developmento Responsible for submitting account specific projects into the creative services team (Tracker) Account Relationshipso Develop relationships with counterparts at specific Key Accounts as directed by manager Track expenses of marketing projects as directed by Marketing Manager Help monitor competition and help produce regular recaps of the competitive landscape supported with in-market images/examples Fulfill administrative duties Other duties as directed by Marketing Manager Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth. Skills for Success:Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years

Educational/ Position Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience working in the footwear, apparel, or action sports industries preferredSpecial Physical and/or Mental Requirements: Travel by air and overnight, as required 20-30% of time. Lifting and/or bending during preparation of promo materials, samples and event support.
