Senior Director, Digital Experience
As the Senior. Director, Digital Experience, you will consider and deliver a unified digital experience and vision across multiple touchpoints. Under your leadership, your team will be responsible for working with business leaders and our enterprise technology product owners to understand various strategies and deliver meaningful digital experiences for our consumers and internal stakeholders. While working at the intersection of digital brand experience and technology products, you will envision and plan capabilities, taking into account strategic goals, resource availability and cross-functional dependencies. You will gain consensus for our digital ecosystem that improves consumer engagement and satisfaction, with business value development and use case alignment to deliver a best-in-class consumer and employee experience.
Combining your understanding of our consumer behavior and motivations with an understanding of our enterprise capabilities and architecture, you will leverage data, partnerships, and technology to develop solutions that improve digital experiences with our brand.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Develop, lead, and execute the strategic vision for global Digital Experience
Synthesize input from multiple sources and data points, including business teams, technology partners, and research institutions to craft insights, create immediate positive outcomes and long-term north star strategic plan.
Partner with our global and regional brand leaders, product management and engineering teams on the exploration and execution of product developments to improve customer experience and team efficiencies.
Determines appropriate governance to identify, prioritize and coordinate capabilities that align with ecosystem / experience vision
How you will do it:
You will bring together diverse stakeholder groups that connect across the digital experience, identifying potential integration points and seeking efficiencies across product teams, with the end-to-end consumer journey as the focus
With an understanding of brand priorities, you will align strategies with capabilities, resources and budgets.Clearly articulate and communicate the vision, roadmap, key decisions and relevant learnings across the organization, offering broad insight into what is being worked on.
Integrate consumer needs and measurement to inform choices and articulate the expected outcomes

Organizational alignment that progresses our integrated digital ecosystem
Synthesizes digital needs across business teams to define a holistic roadmap, providing a clear line of site for our path forward, with data prioritization across the ecosystem
Provide strategic vision for all digital experience capabilities

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 12 or more years
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
Experience leading large agile projects in a dynamic environment with demanding cost, timing, and customer considerations
Action-oriented, customer-focused, and able to measure success to help drive future direction
Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated digital experience
Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience leading highly collaborative and inclusive teams globally.
Previous experience in consumer goods with omni-channel experience delivering digitally connected consumer experiences through retail, wholesale and ecommerce.
