Human Resources Manager Retail

As one of our dedicated and passionate Human Resources Managers for our Retail team, you will have the important responsibility of supporting the engagement and development of talent within your assigned region. As the business partner for your region you will be responsible for fostering strong team dynamics, protecting our company culture grounded in our history and heritage, and developing a strategic plan to improve employee experience and deliver strong results. You have exceptional people skills but are also extremely strategic and analytical. These strengths allow you to build effective partnerships and influence leaders. Your efforts will directly help us grow and expand our North America region and develop our next generation leaders.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

The HR Manager


You must effectively coach and influence our leaders at all levels and assist the business in areas such as employee experience, talent management, inclusion & diversity, and organization design.


This also includes supporting our leaders with a broad range of human resources functions such as succession planning, strategy, coaching, and conflict resolution.


Additionally, you will work closely with our Employee Relations team to foster positive and effective employee relations experiences, guide the ER team on how to handle progressive discipline, separations, and other issues that might be highly sensitive and complex in nature.

You will be agile and demonstrate intellectual curiosity and empathy.


You will use data driven leadership to actively influence and provide strategic solutions to the business in areas of employee engagement, performance and metrics, compensation, and inclusion and diversity to analyze trends, and opportunities

What success looks like:

You will have a deep understanding of the business and be a thought leader on people and organizational topics within our HR team as well as cross-functionally.


You will utilize existing tools to support workforce planning within your assigned region and create/support the development of new programs to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 6+ years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

Travel by air and overnight, as required 15% amount of time.


Willing and able to work additional hours as required
