Digital Operations & Content Manager

As the Digital Operations & Content Manager, you will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of eCom marketing efforts through improved integration, communication, execution, and alignment with internal core teams and external partners. You will serve as a trusted partner who is adaptable and capable of balancing multiple deliverables at once and execute content against the calendar. You will enable delivery of content across eCom owned digital properties and marketing channels. You will be responsible for delivering regular reporting on performance.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Participate in defining dashboards and analytics that allow teams to understand and measure the customer journey

Build bridges and create operating mechanisms across partnered teams to optimize creative delivery and improve operational efficiency and productivity, including improving processes and identifying ways to work more collaboratively

Help to ensure all eCom marketing and content assets are delivered on-time, are up to brand standards and follow digital best practices

Manage calendar and communications around creative development timelines, change requests, and escalations in order to maintain expectations and mitigate delivery issues

How you will do it:

Work closely with the Digital Marketing leads to align on seasonal planning and needs

Provide regular reporting on engagement metrics across homepage and other marketing pages

What success looks like:

Successful and timely content executions through the development and maintenance of integrated processes and coordination with relevant teams to manage the workflow of high visibility initiatives.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

Educational Position Requirements: 6+ years of previous content management, project management, or eCommerce marketing experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

Operational experience with eCom content marketing, management (CMS), and deployment required

Knowledge of web best practices

Strong understanding of analytics platforms
