We need someone who is:
• Word proficient
• Types about 35 WPM (which is considered average)
• Excel proficient
• Comfortable on the phones
• Quick learner
• Good with systems
• Good following procedures and taking directions
• Organized

• Good with people and taking directions

We will train them in the following tasks:
• Order Entry
• RA Entry
• Special Projects
• Filing
• UPC listing report
• Visual ATS report
• EDI Confirmation emails
• Receptionist lunch coverage
• Consolidating bulks
• New Account set up
• Call Tags
• Catalog sending
• Answering Ecomm emails
• Following up with Ecomm voicemails
• Invoice summary report for Ecomm
• Cancel reports for Ecomm to notify consumers
• Consumer replacements
